Terms & Conditons
1. Deposit & Payment
A £100 refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The deposit can be paid via our website or through direct bank transfer
The full balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Refundable Deposit
The £100 deposit is refunded within 48 hours after your event, provided:
No damage has occurred to Poze equipment
No excessive mess or misuse of props/backdrop
No delays or access issues caused by the client or venue
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund (including deposit).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
4. Access & Setup
We require access to the venue at least 1 hour before the booking start time.
A power socket must be within 5 metres of the booth location.
The setup area must be dry, level, and protected from weather if outdoors.
5. Photo Delivery
All digital photos will be available via QR code or gallery link.
Printed photos and guestbooks are available as add-ons.
6. Add-ons & Extras
Neon sign hire: £25 | Custom neon sign: £45 (yours to keep)
Guestbook & printed photos: £50
Extra booth time: £50/hour
7. Client Responsibility
You agree to supervise guest use of the booth to avoid misuse.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your guests.
