Poze Photo Booth – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Fee & Payment
A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.
Once the booking fee is received, the date is reserved exclusively for you.
A £150 refundable security deposit will be requested prior to the event (normally 7 days before).
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
A booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Failure to pay the remaining balance and security deposit by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the booking fee.
2. Refund of Security Deposit
The £150 security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the event provided that:
No damage has occurred to Poze Photo Booth equipment or accessories
No props are missing, broken or excessively soiled
The backdrop (if supplied) is returned in original condition
Equipment has not been misused or tampered with
The booth was operated in a safe environment
3. Damage, Loss & Liability
Minor damage or missing items (props, signage, accessories) will incur replacement fees deducted from the security deposit (£3–£20 per item).
In the event of significant damage to the booth, lighting, camera, printer or structural components exceeding £150, the hirer agrees to cover the insurance excess of £250.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Liquid damage
Impact damage
Electrical damage caused by misuse
Structural damage
Forced movement of equipment
4. Cancellations
The £50 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the client cancels more than 14 days before the event, any additional payments made will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
If Poze is unable to fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments will be issued.
5. Access & Setup Requirements
Poze requires up to 1 hour access before the start time for setup.
Setup and pack-down time are not included within hire time.
The client must ensure:
A standard UK power socket within 5 metres
Dry, level and safe setup area
Suitable indoor or sheltered outdoor space
Delays in access may reduce operating time without compensation.
6. Digital Photo Delivery
Photos are delivered instantly via sharing (QR/Airdrop) and through an online gallery after the event.
Poze may use non-identifiable images for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing before the event.
7. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for guest behaviour around the booth.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The client accepts responsibility for any damage caused by guests or venue staff.
The booth must not be moved, tilted, climbed on, or interfered with.
